Jennifer Archibald and Alun Rees

Two senior executives have recently joined the management team of Qu Biologics, a bio pharmaceutical firm based in Vancouver, BC. Jennifer Archibald is the new chief financial officer (CFO) while Alun Rees is the new VP for manufacturing. Archibald, a chartered professional accountant has more than 20 years of financial leadership experience, most recently as chief business operations officer of publicly listed Cardione Pharma Corp, where she was also CFO. Before that, she was with the accounting operations of The Jim Pattison Group, the second largest private company in Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Univ of British Columbia. Rees has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and technical operations in Europe, Asia and North America. Before moving to Canada in 2002, he held management positions in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology companies in the UK.
